SHIPPING POLICY

We ship throughout the continental US via USPS for a standard $5.00 shipping fee. Please allow 2 business days for processing. We will confirm your order within 24-48 hours on orders placed after 5 p.m. CST Tuesday through Saturday. An email will be sent when your order is shipped. Orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday excluding holidays. Please allow 2-7 days for transit. If you need an order by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you in time. All orders are insured while in transit.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP

Customers can pick up processed orders during normal business hours Tuesday – Saturday 10:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

RETURN POLICY

Purchases may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued within a week of the date items are returned. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and insuring items in the event of a return. Or, returns can be made in person at our Cedarburg location.
